Office productivity

You can use Microsofts Office suite online for free. It look just like the paid, installed, version of Microsoft Office and maintains the formatting from Office files. It doesn't have all the functionality of the installed version however it is sufficient for 80% of people.

PDFs

Adobe Acrobat is a very useful but expensive tool for working with PDF files. PDFTool has the most frequently used functionality like password protecting, rotating pages, removing pages and adding signatures. And it all runs in your browser so its secure.

Photo editing

Adobe Photoshop is a powerful, but expensive tool. Photopea offers a full suite of editing tools, from basic features like cropping and resizing to advanced features such as layering, masking, and blending. What's more is it works with many file types including PNG, JPG, PSD, EPS and RAW.

Whiteboarding

Miro is a great, but expensive Whiteboarding tool for drawing anything on your computer. TLDRAW is a great, free, alternative.

Video conferencing

Zoom is great for video conferencing but it limits calls to 40 minutes unless you pay. Jitsi is a great, 100% free, alternative.
